I, Viktoria Konan, am the data controller for the personal data collected through this site. You can reach me at konanviktoria@gmail.com.

This site has no forms, logins, or e-commerce features, so I never collect your name or email address through it. If you choose to email me directly, standard email data (your address, message content) applies under your own email provider's terms.

To understand how visitors use the site, I use:

Google Analytics — anonymized/aggregated data such as pages visited, time on page, device type, approximate location, and referral source.

Microsoft Clarity — session behaviour (clicks, scrolling, mouse movement) and heatmaps, used to improve usability.

I use this data solely to understand which parts of the portfolio work well and where to improve. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), collected via the cookie banner on your first visit.

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity may process data on servers outside the EU under their respective standard contractual clauses. I never sell your data or share it with anyone else.

Analytics data is retained according to each provider's default retention settings (currently 14 months for Google Analytics). I don't keep any separate copy.

When you first visit, you'll be asked to accept or decline non-essential cookies. If you decline, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity will not load, and no behavioural data will be collected. You can change your preference at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser (your choice is stored locally) and revisiting.

At any time you can ask me to access, correct, delete, or export data associated with you, or object to its use, by writing to konanviktoria@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local Data Protection Authority.
